This is one reason so many people in our country are ignorant of the facts in the Paris terrorist attacks...

I thought you were tired of the discord.

It was a joke. There was a great deal of discord not having anything to do with me about posts I wouldn't even post... This is an important issue. If people belief 'facts' that aren't true, the 'discord' will really be off the charts. Facts are facts and should be reported as such. One has the right to their own opinions but not their own facts...

pcuser let me make a suggestion and you can take it or leave it. Quit reading trash like the Huffington Post and start reading a variety of newspapers from around the world. You will see what is really going on in the world and how slanted the US media is and it does have an agenda. I read at least 12 newspapers a day and am looking at numerous other headlines daily. This is information I have used over the years when I worked for an International company to stay on top of business and what I use to make investment decisions today, it has served me very very well. You can get nearly all countries and every state in the USA on this site. http://www.newseum.org/todaysfrontpages/ http://www.thepaperboy.com/

Instead of suggesting I expand my reading lists, talk about false reporting. And I mean it's wrong on any media. I have seen the part about unarmed French police riding away cited on this forum. I read from many sources. I care more about the facts of an article than who wrote it. I've surprised others here when I quote from sources they didn't think I perused. They have even commented on it on the board. I also am rarely surprised by most of what you post as I've read about it already. So, I'm hardly ignorant of what is happening in the world. We do disagree on opinions, to be fair... Who else here is aware of the many creation mythologies of Native Americans as you also are? I'm fascinated by many topics. I also make mistakes as we all do...

I took a look at those websites. They look interesting. Are they biased or straight down the middle. I ask with sincerity, so please be as honest about my question as you can. Thanks...

The HuffPost article is a fair assessment of what's wrong with American news outlets.
