I was thinking of stopping by since it's not far from me, until I saw a breaking news report 10 minutes ago about a human body found floating in the lake.

Guess that park is still ghetto? Haven't been there since the 1990s. haha.

Haven't been there since the late 90's either but there used to be some huge carp in there

If you want a:

1. Fake ID
2. Fake DL
3. Fake passport
4. Fake drugs
5. Real drugs

it's a great place to visit.

But if you're looking to actually fish and not involve yourself in a felony crime, you missed the window of opportunity when fish from Echo were transferred over to MacArthur when Echo got drained, which quickly got fished out. Go figure.

And, if you're relying on DFG to stock trout during the winter months, and catfish during the summer months, I wouldn't hold my breath. If they do stock, it'll be a scoopful and the DFG truck will peel its tires to get out of Dodge to get to the next inner city lake.

But that's what "Fishing in the City" gets you.
