Once again, it speaks volumes when DR starts clowning your posts.

Bucket's posts are so monumentally retarded in their composition, that it distracts entirely from the idiotic opinions he's trying to convey.

I honestly believe someone on this board is sporting with us.

amendment.

Bucket,

It is good to see that there are others who are also interested in Constitutional Law.

In your opinion, do you agree with Justice Alito who said in McDonald v Chicago that the 2nd amendment right had been incorporated with the 14th Amendment's Due Process clause (essentially upholding the decision for DC v Heller)?

Or do you lean more towards Justice Thomas's opinion which said the 2nd amendment right was protected more by the Immunities Clause? (Which of course, pretty much blew the Slaugher-House Cases out of the water, since the Supreme Court ruled then that the Privileges or Immunities clause was not meant to give federal court the power to invalidate state laws and the Court defined the provision so narrowly so as to include only rights that were protected before it was enacted.)

Which Justice do you tend to agree with most?

Far from it!

I'm engaging another member who apparently also dabbles in interpreting Constitutional law.

Mean would be this:

How can someone sign autographs if they can't spell their name?

Then again, I haven't seen him trolling the GenDisc section for a few days. Maybe the spell check broke on his phone.

Another great opportunity for another history lesson. lol Having a literate society is a relatively new concept. However, even illiterat people would at times be expected to sign their names for some kind of legal documents. They would be expected to make their "MARK" which could be as simple as just an X. My Grandfather in WW1 had some illiterate blacks in his command. When it came to signing their name for something official such as receiving their pay. They would just touch the pen and my Grandfather would sign their names for them. When it comes to our dearly departed friend Bucket, his "Mark" could some day become a very valuable collector's item. lol

You know, it's Ok to dislike or even hate me. I would simply prefer that dislike or hatred would have a basis in who and what I really am instead of your 'interpretation' of who and what I am. You need to read what I actually write, not what you want to see me write to justify your feelings and thoughts...

Fortunately FNN rules are the same as some area's of our US Constitution!!!! I'm referring to, "there shall be no Bills of Attainder passed against any individuals!!!!!"
