Any advice on colors? I use them at DV, Pyramid, and Skinner. Thinking silver belly/dark back/rainbow trout sort of thing. An particular advice is welcome on this one. Thanks.

Do a google image of what a stocker trout looks like in SoCal and have the artist mimic the same thing.
Fillmore, Mojave...we have a few hatcheries out here where you can easily find the color scheme of what your Punker should be looking like.

its top water don't stress about the color.. stress about the action!
seems nowa days people worry more about the color then the fish. They will eat anything presented right.

hahahahaha way cool! don't get me wrong if you have the cash why not but if you actually fish your baits and get bit that pretty paint is coming right off.........
