4:30 PM to 7:30 PM Huntington State Beach 2 restrooms south of Beach Blvd., high tide. Caught 4 small BSP on camo sandworms & 2 on shrimp on #2 snelled hooks & 2 oz. pyramid sinker. After 7:00 PM, caught nothing but salad. Anybody out there know how to prepare seaweed?
I caught this one & my nephew reeled it in.

I swear it felt like it was thiiiiiiiis big! It was so big, my nephew had to help me reel it in.

Sorry, no more pix. My photographer decided to go watch grass grow since it was more exciting than watching me fish. Actually, my sister & her son went back to the bonfire to partake in some victuals & conversations with friends & family. Traditionally, our annual bonfire also signals the end of my surf fishing for the year.
