1/2/2015 very disappointed from the woman at the entrance

I got there at 3:55 pm and wanted to go in for mid-day fishing
But she didn't let me in, she said mid-day fishing ends at 4pm.
I had to wait for night fishing. I thought mid-day fishing start
from 12:30pm to 11pm. Who cares if I come at 12:30 pm or
3:55 pm because I pay the full price for mid-day .
Very disappointed.

Hi Razor,

Sorry about your disapointnent but the woman at the entrance is correct. There has to be a cut off time to sell mid day tickets. There are multiple reasons for this ranging from how our registers are setup with tickets to clearing the lake at 4pm. Cars coming in as we are trying to close the lake just cause confusion... and we are trying to clear the lake as fast as possible for the night session.

Maybe it should be stated on the website on the info/price page that there is a certain time period to enter for midday fishing to cut on confusion. That would be helpful info for us nonfrequenters.
