Slaying some Checkers

For the past three Sat's my buddies and I have been fishing Long Beach/PV and have been putting them in the boat. All fish were caught on Swim baits, Blades,
A-Rigs, Cranks and Carolina Rigging. Only 2 Sand Bass were kept, everything else C P R!!! No PB's were broken but we sure had a ton of fun out there.

Oh yeah. Dragging C-rig (3-4ft leader) over deep structure is where the bigger fish came from. 50ft+

The sewer treatment plant near PCH and the 110 freeway treats much of the sewage in LA. In the 1950's the Montrose DDT factory in Torrance dumped tons and tons of DDT down the drain. The sewer outfall pipe in San Pedro at Whites Point is where it ended up.
