PV Orcas

RANCHO PALOS VERDES, Calif. (KABC) -- A pod of orcas was spotted off the coast of Rancho Palos Verdes on Thursday.

At one point, there were as many as 15 whales spotted in the water about two miles from the shoreline.

Evidently their digging our Cali waters,a buddy of mine just bought some scuba gear from a guy who said he had four Orcas come close to him while diving backside of Catalina and said he wouldn't be diving again anytime soon!

This is great news.. One can only hope that more of these beautiful creatures will show up locally. Plenty of seals for them to eat in Socal. I love these animals.
