12/14...the troll is on fire

Fished Sunday (the 2nd day of tournament) with Fishingcrave (Sean) and had a BLAST out there. Started the morning baiting down to get the skunk off the boat, mission accomplished in the first 20 minutes with a couple of dinks that fell for the crawler and green egg combo. Spent the first 2 hours baiting down and based on the guys who were trolling we didn't miss anything to that point.

After a few more fish we decided to go troll up a few better grade fish. It started out slow until we figured out the pattern, orange was the hot color and stayed that way. After another quick pass of "the spot", I was feeding out my line for another round when I got slammed! Turned out to be a 3.35 bow that was good enough for 9th place and cover the cost of my trip :Big Grin:

Rounded out the day with limits for each of us, not bad for a tournament day. Team57 made out pretty good over the weekend with top 10 finishes and lots of blind bogey money....I can't wait to do it again! Special thanks to the Vine staff for getting the road to the West Shore open by Sunday morning, you guys rock!

Still out of water (I assume you mean the one off of Trout Island), but the lake is starting to get some water....hopefully it will be under water in the next month or two!
