Where did you hear they are only stocking 1000 lbs per week? I didn't see anything on their website.

I think they are reporting it wrong. I went today and asked Kewley about their stocking. He told me that they do stock 5000 lbs per week. The video seems to back it up. Anyways I got skunked but people around me were catching here and there. The guy next to me caught to two nice four pounders and the people to the right of him were catching 3 to 4 a piece. I seemed to right outside the zone or I am a terrible fisherman. I used everything they were using and didn't get a whiff. Not wide open but Ok if you were in the right spot. The best spot seemed to be on the West shore next to the boat dock.

Definitely incorrect.
He [Jim Mathews] has a lot of incoming information from many lakes, it would certainly be easy for him to get it mixed up.

What pound test/leader were you using?

4 lb main with 2 lb leader. One pole was straight 2lb with a Carolina rig. Tried many lengths for a leader and found no success. Can't figure it out.

Like Steve said that information was incorrect. We have contacted Mr. Matthews and gave him the correct information. Like Steve said he has a lot of information coming in from across the Southland it could be very easy to see how he may have gotten mixed up. Fishing has been pretty good the past few days and we will be stocking again for the big HOLIDAY weekend and Trout tournament coming up.
