Getting Lucky, AV Style

I've been hitting the AV duct religiously for quite some time now in search of a pig striper.
With summer gone and fall now here those odds are increasing every day and being lucky at the right place and the right time has a lot to do with it as well.
As usual flow, water clarity, and weather conditions always vary from day to day as do where the stripers are. I went out Friday evening with just hopes of beating the skunk and my wish was granted first with a little bicatch and then with a nice "AV skinny". Ending the night early to be home at a decent hour once in a while makes then wife happy, and you know what they say.
