Hg6

I was worried I was not going to be able to attend HG6 because of a business trip but luckily I was able to make it and enjoy a day on the beach with my girlfriend (Wicked) and the rest of the nice people that were there. I'm just posting about HG6 because the Monday after the best surf fishing event of the year I had to go to that business trip in Tennessee (no 4g service :Sad:) and I just got back this weekend. This was my second year attending and I couldn't be more thankful for the dedication that Arthur, S.W.A.T, the sponsors, volunteers, and the rest of the people involved make this into an incredible event. This year the fishing was better for us since last year we got the skunk :Embarrassed: I was able to catch a bonito, queenfish (I think), and a tiny halibut on the L.C. *My girlfriend in the other hand was able to land her first smelt. Once again we had a fantastic time fishing, seeing other people catch fish, eating, and just hanging out. *Can't wait for next year :)

Glad you were able to make it out and join us. The fishing was better than we coulda hoped and it looked like everyone was having a blast. Congrats to your gal on her first smelt and for all your successes. Thanks for coming and looking forward to having you both participating again next year!:Wink:

Your GF didn't look "Wicked" at all but she was very quiet. I guess looks can be deceiving....LOL
