Fishing off a bad postseason effort

Off work at 7 and was bummed about the game, saw the big moon and new I needed some outdoor time. Called 3, count em 3 buddies..... So I forced Catchinbait to DD for me.

Fishing was wide open, no flow, only 2 keepers out of the 20+ fish landed in the short 2.5 hour trip. Temps in the low 70's with a bright moon and slight breeze

I think the well water has effected these fish. Runts and skinny.. Everywhere else they are fat. Another issue is lockjaw, these fish did not release well.

I really do believe the fish in this region are being effected by the well water

I got this one yesterday morning up north. Only a couple inches longer but twice the weight

Bait in the water is NOT a factor. Its excellent everywhere. Only difference is being downstream of the water bank
