Also saw the biggest corbina ive ever seen in my life. It was on the side of the pier you cant fish but it looked like it was close to 30 inches maybe bigger if thats even possible. Thought it was a shark at first

There's a ton of bait in the water over there right now to. Saw a nice size croaker caught off the pier today but that was about it. Wasn't there very long though

Hi ya wildlife,

I have also been beaching some nice varieties of fish from the sand recently.

One session (3) short Barracuda (best 24") with a short WSB and some short Hali's thrown in on the LC. This past Sunday .... (2) Calico, (1) Rock Fish, (1) short Hali and (1) juvenile WSB tossed in the mix on the LC. Mackerel and Bonita have also been players on the LC recently.

Ya never know what will be on the retrieve these days! I'd be all jazzed; if I were ever to be so blessed by Poseidon, to beach a Dorado on the sand .... that would be one of the ultimate sessions for me, right up there with the landing of my Striped Bass from the sand! I guess anything is possible .... right!?!

Thanx for mentioning the exotics, I hope to see you at HG-6!

PS ... I didn't intend to piggy-back on your post .... but thanx!
