It's a good question and I am wondering too. My guess is that it's stupid low I mean it was last year when we were there.

a year or two ago ... I was able to drive down the road side of the lake ... next to the shore
I know it's not the best fishing ... but I'm looking for something accessible ... easy walking ... I'm still recovering from a recent surgery ... so I need level ground. Would love the shore at Convict ... but would have to go down the steep hillside. Maybe later in the year ...

I was up there in mid July, water level looked okay to me.

Was there with the fam a couple of weeks ago and water level was higher than last year. Not much snow, but lots of rain this summer helped bring the water levels up. It's definitely fishable!!

Water seemed to be up at normal levels
