8/14 LBC/O.C. Mixed Report

Overcast in both areas only untill about 10am. Bait popping in both areas,

And the drive on PCH from O.C. to LBC showed me waves were not to

high anywhere !!! Santa Ana River and Bolsa looked real Fishy BUT I just
