after talking to a friend to remain unnamed and dave,which they both fished thurs while I was with the webmaster chasing tuna,fri I read the texts and emails ,so I decided I needed some striper for the smoker. got there early only to find a charter member of the T-L-T-L-C , we got to do some talking before hit the water ,I disclosed the hot info so we knew were we were going, ron was late to the meeting so he missed that part . he was too busy showing me the coolazz tunas he caught. three hours of solid topwater and sub-surface action. then three hours of triple hookups ,it was killin me tossing all those fish back , but i'll kill them another day. I got turned on to a hot dip spot and found some for a short dip and flip. i'll be back next week to do a video with cory,,,,its that time for a striper trip..........................T/O...............................

We had wide open Topwater until 10:00, mix of slimy green things and Stripers , saw lots of shad.

It was quite a day with a lot of familiar faces catching crazy numbers of fish and nobody had to crowd anyone to get at the fish..

I never got past the lure action. Picked up a ton of fish first on the KPN, then on plastics till I quit at 1:00.

Very weird the boils slowed at Silverwood last few days where they were hot last couple weeks, thought it was the super moon but Castaic is blasting off. I'll have to find something else to blame last nights and last couple days slow topwater bite on.

Either that or book a trip with Bob, then I won't need an excuse.
