Perris 7/8

Hit the lake @630 and went straight to the reef. Caught 1 on the spook right away and nothing till 11am near the island rocky point. Second fish was caught on the Drop Shot ox-blood red flake. Today was HOT HOT HOT. Had to take a dip a couple of time throughout the day. Met a nice gentleman name Dave (red ranger) gave me some tips on the lake. :LOL: we were off the water by 1pm.

Thanks for the good report. It is nice to hear what and where guys got their fish! Apparently Perris has been tuff lately. I know it was super tuff in June, at least for me and my buddies. I guess I will have to hit it up again and see what's happening. I am really like the weather this morning, (Monday). Cloudy and overcast with a slight breeze! Should be some fish cruising around!
