July 3rd was a great day of fishing

Good afternoon FNN:
Thursday July 3rd was another epic day at the Vine.
Lots of fish were caught including one of the Generals.
Keep in mind lots of tags are still out there, including
3 more Generals. 1 from this season and 3 from last season are
still prowling the waters of Irvine Lake.

Mr. Thompson won $100 instant cash and is now in a raffle for the king of the Cats Masters

Kaitlyn and Abner caught their limit in the kids lagoon!! Great job kids!

Scott, Maddus and Yang DeRudder caught their limits weighing in at 87 lbs off the West Shore on Mackeral.

Alfredo Cruz of Garden Grove caught the first red tag of the weekend earning him a cool $20.

Ron Carpenter of Simi Valley drove in to catch 58 lbs worth of cats with a sweet 10 lb blue for a kicker.

Steve Anna and Tahoe Sirjani of Trabuco Canyon had the day of their lives each catching 3 limits each!! Whew! That was
a whole lot of catfish to clean. Unfortunately none of the fish they caught were tagged.

Jody Arballo of Orange weighed in a 39 lb limit with a nice 12.15 lb kicker. Good day for Jody.

Debbie Abahazy of San Gabriel caught her very first catfish a sweet 8.75 lb blue on mackeral.
