Halibut steaks, now how about some recipes

I recently caught a 36.6 lb halibut and now I need some good recipes from you guys
I have heard grilling them is a good way to go, thoughts?

Yum, try putting in a foil pan with what ever seasoning you like I use garlic pepper and Lawry's seasoning. Cut up a jalapeno onion a lemon and bell pepper pour in a beer some butter and cover pan with foil do not open while cooking.
