Got there around 5:00 AM. Left a bit after noon.
Fishing was super slow. GVL's report said some people with 5 lbers. and lots of big fish on South Shore, but when we were there, there was nothing. A good amount of small <1 lb fish, but only 2 decent fish for the whole day. Caught two 2+ lbers. on South Shore using rainbow PB.
Fish are deep so fish 50 ft. past the shoreline with a 3-4 foot leader.
Slow but good amount of 1lb fish and 2 over 2lbs.. Doesn't sound all that slow to me.

Maybe "good amount" was an over-estimate. More like a small 3/4 lber every 30 min to 1 hour.
2 over 2 lbs after fishing 5 AM until about 1 PM.
Lots of people weren't getting anything. Guy next to me told me he caught 1 fish in 4 hours.

I went on Sunday (6/22) and it was definitely slow. Even the dinks weren't hitting. Caught two in 6 hours and left. 1 small dink (9") and another 12"

Lol gota keep them away as much as possible. I think our method doesnt work much haha

Is it still going well for you? Tuesday was actually pretty slow... Any tips? lol. I'm usually fishing South Shore.

Heard they stocked like crazy on the Friday 2 days before though... :/

Well that is what the lady told me. At least 1700 lbs of fish jenks/cavaleras on Friday. I was hoping to get more bites but only one bite in the morning.
Just locals maybe BSing about how the lake was packed on Saturday (6/21) with over 300-400 people and they had a kids tourney.. People were reeling them in left and right catching their limits in half an hour.
I doubt if it was fish out that fast but never know.

Yeah. The GVL report said something like "fish so thick you could walk on them" but no one was getting anything. The guy told me 2,200 pounds went in last week (including the stocking on Monday) but still nothing when I was there...hopefully this week will be better.
