Took both boys. Roughly 40 landed, only one 8 lber. One decent 4 lb largie.
We were catching them three at a time

Those are some nice fish. I have a little 12 ft. Valco with a 25 horse Evinrude that gets across the lake pretty well. Having said that when I take my boys out we NEVER land those numbers. Maybe I'm in the wrong spots. I launch from the main dam and usually only fish the left side of the lake, not much past rocky point, and sometimes the auxillary dam. I'm tired of my boys asking me why we're just "practicing". Lol. I've use minnows, worms, and for bass plastics and crankbaits. Any suggestions? Thanks!
