Oceanside help for kids fishing

I am going to have 20 grandchildren in Oceanside from Jun 29 to July 5. I have had good fishing in the harbor and when fishing with adults the pipe and up to barn kelp have been good.

If anyone has some info about anything close to but outside the harbor when fishing with 8 - 10 kids on the boat please send me a PM.
I understand we all want to protect our best locations. I am just looking for a hole where the kids can catch fish.

The bass fishing at the local kelp beds have been off the hook! For the kids, i'd suggest picking up some anchovies from bait barge and heading down to one of the kelp beds.
