hit the dam today, caught nothing at all. Cut Short due to A puncture in one of the pockets of a float tube of my brothers but still was a nice day out; some pictures to show but NO FISH

Thinking about hitting Lake perris since I hear the bites 2much over there.
Or even hitting Newport harbor and some spotties or whatever bites out there

Lower NPH is on fire now. Use the tides to wash you down near the bait barge. You get about an hour and then the tide washes you back to your launch spot. Fishing the whole way gives you plenty of time to get into the double digits , in terms of fish caught. 1/4 oz. jigs and four inch swim baits on or near the bottom will provide plenty of fish most days.

I have never really fish Newport Harbor. So kind of curious where this spot will be. any way you could be a little more specific? Hope I'm not askin for to much.

Closer to where is says "The Wedge" in the channel leaving out to the ocean.

Dope!! I will be letting you know what happens. Will be trying to go tomorrow.

Trying to get the tide thing down.. So ideally what would be the best time to go out and let drift carry me out and back in safely I'd this is the tidal schedule
