View Full Version : Saturday Breakwall Report 9/29/07 WHITE SEABASS PICS!!!!

Took my nephew, his two friends and their Dad out to slay whatever.

We git to the breakwall around 7:30. The seas were beautiful, and so was the weather. Oh, I can now even tell you that the water temp was 64, cuz I just received my Garmin GPS/Chartplotter/ff! Stoked! That thing is killer!

Fishing was hit and miss. We moved inside and out, but the outside produced more for us today.
Here is Bib Brandon with his first ever calico. He’s my nephew and started the day off for us with the first fish.

The big surprise comes when Brandon gets whacked during the mack-fest outside, but this thing had my rod doubled over like mad. I knew it wasn’t a mack. Turns out to be a pretty White Sea bass! Crazy! Caught on cut squid no less…

ALL fish CPR'd. Most caught on cut squid, some on the Gulp! Jerkshad baits. We had a great time and headed back around 1pm.

That's awesome! I love to see kids getting such a thrill out of fishing.
