Team57 takes the City, Hook'um Dano declared mayor!

What a great weekend at the lake....with Team57 members Hook'um Dano and Hitts0n taking 1st and 7th place respectively! Topped off by Hometown getting presented with a sportsman of the year award in front of all in attendance :Thumbs Up:

Started off the weekend right and camped out Friday night....got there in plenty of time to enjoy view, it never gets old!

Grabbed a boat first thing in the morning and met up with long time 57 member Pat aka Mr. Bendo....I always think of Dana at the events announcing his screen name...."MISSSTERRRRR BENNNNDOOOOOO!!!" :LOL: We hit the troll and Pat was on literally 30 seconds from the dock, skunk was punked with a dink and off we went. Fishing was tough from that point for us, but we were lucky enough to be trolling side by side with the Pedro Posse when they struck gold with the tourney 1st place fish...WTG BOYZ!!!!!

After trolling around without much love we eventually anchored up....it was tough for us but Pat eventually sprung to life and got some fish on boat with his favorite TroutKing jig :Thumbs Up:

Many of you probably already know, but recently Roger aka Rogelio took over the Vine cafe and his personal touch is apparent. I ordered Chile Relleno for lunch and it was fantastic....all made from scratch and under $6.50 :EyePop:

Roger has always been good to his patrons (service, portions, quickness and customer service.) and now I ask you pay it forward by simply giving him your business, maybe grab an extra burger or fries...or even an extra buck in the tip jar as things are bound to get tough with summer approaching. The cafe will be open until 10pm on Fri and Sat nights this kitty season, so please drop by and help a great guy out when you can.

Great times with great friends is what it is all about. Roger's food has always been quality and I too hope everyone
