A Hole in my waders

Recently went tubing and 30 mins into it I felt water creeping up into my waders.
Is there a way that I can patch it up ? my waders are Hodgeman neoprene
the hole is no bigger than a inch

need help ASAP
I went to my local tackle shop and they didn't have the wader repair..
i am going tubing tomorrow and I need something soon to fix this little patch,
any DIY ideas ?

Go to a Dive shop as wet suits are the same material, they will have a repair kit.
