But ... that's what always made it exciting when I used to do them (ah ... the good ole days). Did 30 straight openers on June in boat #2. Hey anybody remember when John and Mickie first took over with their family helping? ... and serving food in the bldg. next to the boat house?

I've seen the lake capsizing boats and a person dying ... only a 1/4 of the lake open (you could talk to the farthest away boat from the dock ... blizzards ... and balmy weather. it was all good ... as long as I could get to the Carson Peak for dinner and a bottle of red.

Have a great ... fun-filled ... successful time folks! Hope to see some pictures and great reports!

Be blessed,

bill

From checking the weather, I think its just a slight chance of very little snow, maybe one inch..... Personally I like the cooler, colder weather but no wind....No matter what I"m outta here come the crack of dawn Wednesday morning and will be gone a week...

I have missed one since 1977. I have fished in shorts the last few years in the afternoon and been bundled up all day numerous years. Always fun.
