The park is def. stacked with cats and carp. I see more carp jumping than people fishing for them. I've even thought of rigging up for carp myself.

love fishing that place. i must of gotten skunked like 10 visits to 3.

I've only been there 4 times and the largest I've caught is a 10 incher. The big gals didn't want to play lol. Skunked? lol if you count 3-5" then I've never skunked there.

BTW, are there any small bass in the shallows right now?

Nice catch. Been there 20 times over the past 5 months with the wife and kids and we've only pulled out small bass and a bunch of trout.

Same as most..been there maybe 6 times and 1 small bass.....did great fishing lizards last spawn but nothing this season...maybe should of tried them there?

Went there on the 20th. My daughter caught one trout, one small bass and turtle.

You know, for some reason i fail to catch lmb with lizards, i dunno why. I mean, i do fine with brush hogs which are fished exactly the same way, but i dunno.

The few i do catch with them are pretty huge though lol. Maybe i just need a better feel for them.

Have you tried rage tail lizards? To me they are the best lizards to use.
