With such efforts, public education on the do and do nots to preserve the quality of an outdoor resource,
responsibility of everyone in their own ignorance (Me Included) that we (General Public) could (With Petitions) and some sound engineering create something that could become a new wave of thought and action to turn our damaged resources into some of "If not the best'' fisheries in the country!
