Slammin' some Salmon in Morro Bay

First trip on the Kolo this year. My girlfriend and I went up to Morro Bay for the opener and got our limits of nice kings. All were caught on bait with a downrigger at 40-70 feet. We also released one short and lost another on the watermelon Apex. We fished fairly close to the harbor. You can see Morro rock in the video. Enjoy.

Thanks for the compliments. That lucky rod on the right was the downrigger rod which I started out at 40 in the morning then down to 70 feet by the afternoon. The other rod had a pink lady trolling planer on it. It takes the lure down a little but I really don't think it is more than 20 feet or so. It did get hit twice, one was a short fish that we let shake off and the other snapped the leader, probably a bigger model....
