Will a 99 Yamaha Vmax 2 stroke be able to get in to DVL or Skinner?

I would call them and ask. Is the motor direct injection?
If it's carbureted then you won't be able to launch.

I called Skinner and they said "Yes" if its Direct injected then its okay. DVL said "No" the motor has to be 2001 Yamaha HPDI or newer. So I got 2 different answers.

from what I know it is 2001 and newer direct injection 2 strokes and all 4 strokes...
