It was my first time ever fishing Laguna Niguel it was pretty good. Caught about 7 bass with the biggest being 3.4 pounds from the boat. About 5 of them were caught on beds with jigs, craws and lizards. The other 2 were caught with a jerkbait in the post spawn. It was pretty weird seeing bass guarding their fry already and its only mid march! Also caught 1 trout from the shore on garlic power bait. A lot of people had atleast 2 trout on their stringer and everyone was catching fish.
