Kayaks @ legg lake?

I remeber seeing signs posted a few years ago "No boats on the lake". That was before they did alot of work on the lake. Now I havent seen any signs banning boats on the lake. Everytime I'm there (even if just walking with my GF) I look at all the signs. I don't see any that say no boats or kayaks.

I walk and fish it once or twice a week and have never seen a kayak there,as many bass guys that fish those 3 lakes if it or float tubing was legal they would do it.
