Fished silverwood this Saturday from about 7 till 1and got nada. We trolled for a good amount of the day, we also fished lures all over the lake for trout and bass but no luck. We hit the inlet by the dam, and threw down some sardines, and again nothing. We didn't have a fish finder, but talked to someone at the dam who said he was marking a lot of them between 27 and 36 feet and he wasnt catching anything either. Finished the day off trolling back to the marina and went down the big inlet besides the docks and saw someone get a small one on the troll, only fish I saw. Returned and the people working the docks said the people fishing there had as much luck as we did. Guess it was just a slow day. Still had a blast With the friends, and am ready to hit it up again.
