In another thread regarding our drought conditions, I warned folks about the potential of government and extreme eco-commies attempting to take advantage of any crisis they can to promote and implement their agenda. We already are under threat to lose fishing, hunting, and access rights to millions of acres of public land in the Sierra Nevada mountains due to the declaration of "endangered species" granted to the Mountain Yellow legged frog. Here is a link to an article to refresh your memories;

This lawsuit, if successful not only affects public lands, but also privately held land that falls within the declared boundaries. No building, pack trains, hunting, or stocking of Brown, Rainbow, Cutthroat, Brook, or any other type of non-native fish will be allowed effectively ending angling in the designated protected wildlife habitat. This will be the death nell for all communities from Big Pine north to Lake Tahoe who rely on outdoor recreation for their economies and an end to angling as we know it in Cali.

Ok, we know all that right? Well, just the other day yet another new lawsuit was filed by the Center for Biological diversity, click this link to read the Press enterprise article;

Key words in this article are "drought, predation by non-native fish, disease, contaminants and elevated levels of ultra-violet radiation."

While this lawsuit involves the San Jacinto mountain range, note the article does say "They were once common in the San Jacinto, San Bernardino and San Gabriel mountains." Again, keywords. The history of the "center for biological diversity" shows that this will never end. They are always looking for the next fly, rat, or lizard to "protect". Lucrative business indeed. They have over 22 lawyers whose full time jobs are to find and file "environmental" lawsuits that costs millions for the "environmental studies", lawyer fees, court costs, and have caused us to lose millions of acres of public land use and access to outdoor recreation. This new lawsuit, if successful, has the potential to shutdown all trout fishing in all waters of said mountain ranges. Think about how crowded those waters they "deem suitable" to fishing will become.

Hey, did you all know president Obama is here in Cali? Know why? He's meeting a foreign leader(King Abdullah of Jordan) and having a big pow wow with Moonbeam Brown on our drought AND, you got it, "climate change". After all California has been declared the nations leader in this ideological movements goal of "fundamentally changing us".

Did you hear about the new EPA mandates?

Fair warning guys and gals, your rights to fishing and public land access are seriously threatened. And yes, politics have everything to do with fishing. Keep your head in the sand, continue to lose your right to fish. Simple as that...

Yes indeed smokehound. The Live science link I provided above is an article detailing just that. But it's not just Cali politicians anymore. Obama has said on several occasions that Cali is leading the way and that the nation will follow...
