pontoons birthday becomes extreme team 57 style

well were do i start .pontoons birthday is february 15,roosters is feb26 and ,mine is feb 22.picked up pontoon had breakfast and on to the lake at eight oclock.looked for shore spot for cats and it was party time.hometown san pedro crew were conducting a clinic. taper steve was having a blast. 5150 and rooster joined in.troutdog soryy i mean troutdoganyfish pulled up on a rental. the fun and laughing was none stop.boats were comeing by to see what all the noise was about. we told joke and great fishing stories--i mean lies.lolol caught some nice cats and even a nice wiper.great times more sories will be added and pictures for sure.happy birth day pontoon and many more. didnt trout fish but saw a mile of smiles out there.

Good times as always with the Team 57 crew! Happy Birthday again to the Legend Pontoon. It doesn't get any better than hanging with our group, fishing and BSing. Great job landing that beast wiper King Trolly! Can't wait until next time we get together.

First, thank you all for the Birthday wishes! :Cool: I had a great time celebrating the big 55 with some Good Friends. :Thumbs Up:

Trollmiester, you and I have been fishing together for well over ten years now and the good times just keep getting better. Thanks for another memorable outing yesterday. I think you and I are able to have a blast every time we hit the water because early on we resigned ourselves to the fact that neither one of us makes our living fishing and whether or not we catch fish the sun is still going to continue to rise and set, we still need to get up every morning to go to work to pay the bills and every weekend there's still going to be a place to fish. We just make the best of it. I'm looking forward to a whole lot more fishing with you Buddy! :Thumbs Up:

Yesterdays trip to the Vine was awesome! What better gift could I have received than to get to watch my Good Buddy catch the biggest wiper I've seen caught from the Vine and net it. Then get to watch my Good Buddy hook into three DD catfish. Oh and get to net them as well while I watched my rods in anticipation of that fish of a lifetime and then have that anticipation dwindle down to just give me a bite! Just a bite! Anything......Please! :LOL:

We also had the pleasure of spending some time with several of our Irvine Friends. Starting out the day sharing the shore with Taper Steve, Hometown, Hook um Dano and Pedro Pirate. The good times stated early with Taper Steve enlisting the hook removal services of Trolly to remove the trebles from a Rapala Steve sat on! It could have been a very terrible situation but Trolly has had first hand experience removing hooks from that area from an experience of his own. All worked out well, Trolly was able to save the Rapala with minimal damage to the victim. The lure was fine though! :LOL:

Not having much success in that spot we decided to pack up and move to another location where Trolly's DD clinic started out with the biggest wiper I've seen caught at the Vine.

Shortly after getting the beast photographed we had the pleasure of a quick visit from two truly great guys, Team 57 members, Rooster and 5150fishn who were on a trolling mission looking to take top honors in Irvines Presidents Day Derby. It was a pleasure talking with you two and thanks for the visit guys. :Cool:

Toward the end of the day we decided to make a move back to the spot we started out the day and met up again with Rooster to see if we could get some of the whiskered fish to bite and it was once again Trolly who got our hopes up by bringing a nice one to the net.

Rooster and I were pretty excited for Trolly and both of us were thinking, "okay, it'll break open for us any time now". :Envious: Well it did for Trolly :Wink:

It wasn't long after Trollys second fish that we got a visit from three more of our Team 57 Friends and "Good Guys" Hometown, Hook um Dano and Pedro Pirate.

It wasn't long after we all baited up and had our rods in the water that another one of the Team 57 members showed up. Troutdog rolled in and joined the group in what turned out to be another one of those days at the Vine that will not soon be forgotten

We told Troutdog to get set up and get a line in the water over where we were all at but he says no, you guys are all there and I don't want to cross any of your lines. That was a cool gesture but we found out later that Troutdog knew right where to fish! :Wink: He joined Trolly in the Big Cat Clinic.
