So whats everyone cooking up for the big game today??

Well its Sunday and the big game is on today. No fresh fish to add to the Clams we got on Thursday. So I had to hit the supermarket and picked up a couple Salmon filets to smoke up. Check back later to see the dinner spread for the game. On the menu will be Stuffed Pismos and Smoked Salmon with whatever my wife can throw together.

Stuffed Pismo's and Smoked Salmon.. The Clams are stuffed with garlic, celery, shallots, crushed crackers, a little miso and cheese.
