Looks like they dumped in some herbicide. The water is clear and green. Started off drop shotting a four inch Sluggo in Rainbow trout. Zippo for the first 200 feet then a familiar tap and bang , first fish. Only ten inches long, he was real fat and feisty. I got two more like that on the south side of the lake near the shallow cove. Moving around to the north side I fished the reeds hard and pulled out one more Bass about two pounds. Jumped twice and was really pissed off and colorful. Got a few taps at the dam but I'm thinking they were trout as all the bass just inhaled my worm. The fish were all shallow, a spring-like pattern to be sure.

those taps are likely redears. Try switching to a 3" grub, splitshotted (No jig) and you'll have a shot at a nice one. They'll attack small spinnerbaits, too.
