Amazing sunset pic with the Super Scooper

Well on Thursday I was driving home from work and I saw the Super Scoopers coming out of SFD so I told my wife I was going to stop and take some pics of them getting water. Well here is one pic I took off my ipod. Everyone thinks I did not take this pic because it does not look real.

Cool photo I work close to there and they fly right over us all day. I could see them flying in the direction of SFD but thought is was to short to get water from wondered where they were getting it from. Now I know got any more photos?

Thanks I love the shot I took. I have video on my instgram of them coming in to get water don't know how to but video up here from my ipod. I do have a few more pics I can add. To bad I don't know how to add the video of them geting water because I have to video of them doing that.

Great pics I seen that at the pudd years ago. I bet fish get scooped up with the water too...Fried fish on the burning hill side.

Thanks. I have seen the helicopter get water in big bear lake. So this was my first time seeing the super scooper get water.

Thanks. I only got to see them pick up water 3 times each. I got there around 4:30pm so there were almost done for the day.

That 1st shot is just great! With the reflection and the late afternoon sunset, that is a magazine cover right there! Thanks for taking that pic and sharing it with us. It's not a thing you see very often.
