Lures at lake Gregory??

Hi all,
Taking my daughter out to Gregory Monday. She'll be doing some powerbait/night crawler bait & wait. But I wanna toss some lures. What's best? Mini jigs, trout worms, spinners, spoons? U can pm or respond in this post.

With kids at Gregory, the beach by the ballfield is the best spot. There's plenty of room for them to play and run around when they're not fishing. It's a perfect spot to fish with lures also, there's a steep dropoff right next to the beach. My buddies and I usually do well with Kastmasters, Roostertails, Panther Martins. We also caught tons of brownies a few weeks ago using small jigs and trout worms. They were loving the cut up nightcrawlers also. As far as powerbait goes, the browns up there are master thieves. They have a unique way of cleanly stripping the PB off the hook without actually getting hooked. Have fun!
