Cook your Halibut. Lots of fish have parasites and worms.

Check this video;

The video poster wrote;
A fresh piece of halibut bought from Costco. Their managers state it's perfectly normal and only means that the fish is very fresh.
When they filet the fish-they take the worms out, but not when you buy an entire piece. Once covered in plastic wrap, the worms start suffocating and get out. Safe to eat after cooking. Bon appetite!

honestly, i just dont care about the worms. But then again, im a person who finds fried grasshoppers delicious.

All fish have 'em. Ever seen the worms inside of jacksmelt? Hahaha those things are enormous. I showed my friend and he barfed really hard after I simply plucked the worm out and continued eating the fish hahaha

They don't bother me either. As long as they are cooked they are fine to eat. Boccacio are very wormy too.
I posted this because a FNNer was eating raw halibut. Not all SW fish are recommended for sushi unless the worms are removed.
