12JAN14 Troll Report

1st time out for the new year. Started off late, got on around 8ish hardly anyone there.. Heard there were was a lot of boats on Saturday-tourney. Water was glassy 55-57f some wind. Started out on the main lake points heading SE got into some meat in 60-70feet of water, nice head shaking good fight about 26 inches. Off the downrigger using a husky jerk firetiger. Got off the water around 1230 to get pizza and see the broncos game.

Thanks for the report Vince. We're going out Tuesday, perhaps the fish will be settled down by then. Stripey's been a hit and miss for us the last couple of weeks, one here one there. The last few I've caught I caught at sunrise with a swimmer...

Thanks man, slay-em Tuesday, did not meter much bait balls out there only some near the mid lake point area north side. Good luck.
