So proud of my son today, not only did he land his first mini jig fish he landed 3 using a bobber and a mini jig with a meal worm. Then the little dude get his Blind Bogy $$$ and he split it with his sister an even 50/50 it was a great day one that I'll remember forever. Thanks to Irvine Lake once again

Sid,

For the blind bogey you put in say $10 per angler. At the weigh in you can weigh in 1-5 fish for a total weight. They then draw random weights and closest to that weight gets paid. They take all of the money and pay out 10 people based on random weights drawn. All money collected is payed out to those anglers. Irvine lake doesn't keep a penny of the money. As a matter of fact they actually added an extra $500 to the pot. This is an option for those that don't want to do a Biggest Fish money tourney. Gives everyone who catches fish hope even if they don't catch a whopper.

For the standard tourney buy in which is usually $20. The lake pays out all of the money put in to the top 10 biggest fish weighed in.
