Fearing high winds we decided to take our chances anyway and my son and I took the drive out to Corona. All the way down the 91 and 15 south it was extremely windy but the fishing gods saved us as we passed Dos Lagos the wind died down and it was fish on. Tubes pumped and we were on the water by 7am. The usual rigs power worms and mice tails did the trick. But by 11am the wind we were expecting hit us like a train. After about an hour of high winds and cramping legs from kicking we called it a day. Off the water and on to Toms Farms for some much needed lunch. We managed 9 fish between the two of us tho in our short session. All in all a good morning...
