Anyone fish in the Northeast, MA area? Moved and interested in prepping for spring

Hey all I just moved to MA from socal and once spring comes around I am interested in doing some local surf fishing and pier fishing, I was hoping someone around the forums might now someone I can talk to about what works out here and where the good areas are, or used to live out here and has some good leads.

I know stripers are big and I have been reading up on the gear I'll need to target them but I would love to talk to someone who fishes the northeast
