Best birthday gift I ever got..

Today was my birthday (42 yrs old) so my 7 year old son Caden took out his tackle box opened it up and removed a scrolled piece of paper.. In his little voice he tells me I wrote this for you Dad.. Happy Birthday and gave me a hug..

I have a couple of similar letters from Fishyboy at age 7 and age 9. Both are framed, and bring a tear and a smile every time I look at them.

Happy Birthday Bob.. They say only the good die young so I figure we both got a long way to go and a lot of fish to catch along the way...LOL. I want to say thank you to everyone who responded. The excitement and enthusiasm for fishing that I see in my Boy(s) reminds me of myself as a child. That's what its all about right there.. Needless to say.... Priceless!!!
