West shore

Hey guys,

I haven't been to Irvine in a few years... I used to fish the west shore but always had to hike there when the water levels went up. Wondering if the west shore is open to cars now? If it is, is it direct access like it used to be by driving right along the lake or do we have to park up on the hill and climb down? Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks!

The road to the West Shore is open but it does not go as far as it used to. Alot of guys fish at the parking lot but you can hike down the shore. Good luck!
