Check out Sierra slammers they have a great selection of colors, from jigs, worms, and balls and chain(mice tails)
You can start of with your basic colors which are white, orange, pink, green. But it is always good to have a little of each color you never know what there gonna bite. Good luck on your next outing !

Everybody and their mother is going to give you their personal preferences in the brand name they prefer.

I've used Berkeley mice tails , which are inexpensive and readily available everywhere, from the beginning. I regularly fish corona. The two best colors without question are chartreuse and pink. White is good as well.

There's 3 colors every jig guy should always have, pearl, smoke or shad and frog. I like olive and green pumpkin with black flake and fire tiger. And on the subject of brand, I have never used anything that worked like Sniper jigs, they don't last as long so some others but they work far superior, what use is a jig that lasts long if it doesn't work?

The colors that you should always have in your box is white, orange, Chartreuse, and pink. Only colors that really produce the best. I don't like mice tails because honestly you can do the same exact thing with a worm. As for jigs you need to have yellow/white, greens, and anything with browns. I've noticed that the fish change on what color they want every month. In the winter they want browns, greens, and blacks. Later towards March they want bright colors like orange, chartreuse, and bubblegum. I hope this helped. As for what brand it's your choice there is hundreds of brands out there now lol.

thanks for the replies and suggestions, i've got different brands of plastics(sierra slammers, lip rippers, powerbait, trout traps). i checked out sniper baits instagram so i'll be making placing an order with him because im a tackle junkie lol.

whats the best way to keep my plastics from bleeding color or picking up scent in my tackle box? i keep mine in a seperate little plano stowaway so they are away from everything else or should i be storing them different

All my jigs are in a regular Plano box, avoid putting bright colors together as they will bleed especially bright green and pinks. I have to warn you that once you use Sniper baits it's hard to go back, no other company has the colors he makes.
