Air: 38 - 58 deg, Water: 62 deg, Sky: AM clear the entire session, Wind: Off shore and then 0 - 6MPH from the West.
Predicted Surf: 1 ft , Swell: 0.6 - 3.0 ft , Sec Intervals: 8 or less.
Moon Phase: Waxing Crescent.
Conditions: Early morning slight off shore breeze from the North making the casts travel an additional 20 ft, the wind shifted to come from the West,
the water was a bit choppy with fast sets and the water was also clean and clear to the North half of the AO, all stirred up and weedy to the South half of the AO.
Tides: 0600 OGT 2.7 ft, 0700 2.4 ft, 0742 LT 2.4 ft, 0900 ICT 2.7 ft, 1000 3.2 ft, 1312 HT 4.4 ft .
Isolunar Forecast: Minor Period: 1037 to 1207. :BFish::BFish:
Bait Presence: A few 3-4" bait were breaking the water surface.
Bird Presence: Very minimal. Water Dogs: None
Session Duration: 0630 hrs to 0900 hrs.
Assault Tactic: LC 110 lure.
AO : aka: undisclosed

My Total fish count[/B]: (1) 20" Halibut.
I fished with Don aka bachiboy and his fish count: (1) Smelt, (2) Calico.

Note: I also work 40 hours per week just like the rest of you and during my 2012 season I made it out 70 sessions

I'm telling you Dan... the legal Flatties are still out there in the surf. Not many of them and they're hard to locate at this time of year, but they're still out there... :Wink:
One of them pulled a Houdini on me yesterday. :Evil:
Hope we can hook up for at least one more session before year end... I've just been crazy busy lately.

Nice fishing with you again brother Danimal! That was one heck of a COLD morning start!:Shocked: I surprised I didn't have more "professional overruns" considering I couldn't feel my hands. Do to the recent INTEL .... I'm going to be turning my head away from the flatties and will be targeting the Stripe Bass. This should be an easier task to achieve!
